USA: BAT must stop union-busting in North Carolina
For years, profits of the tobacco companies have been growing, while wages on tobacco farms remain low and workers continue to struggle for their basic human rights.
Workers on the tobacco farms of North Carolina, USA are campaigning for recognition of their right to organize and bargain collectively so that they can improve their working and living conditions.
The workers are united in the Farm Labor Organizing Committee (FLOC) which British American Tobacco refuses to recognize. BAT also refuses to accept its responsibility for the union-busting on its supplier farms.
Please support FLOC in the campaign for workers' dignity and human rights.
