Kazakhstan: Stop repression against union leaders
In Partnership with IndustriALL and the International Trade Union Confederation. |
At the end of July 2017, a Kazakhstan court convicted the chairwoman of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions (KNPRK) Larisa Kharkova. She has been sentenced to four years of restriction on freedom of movement and disqualification from elected leadership functions in the unions for five years. Earlier, the vice-chairman of the KNPRK Nurbek Kushakbaev and the leader of union at the Oil Construction Company plant Amin Eleussinov were sentenced to prison terms. Join our campaign to tell the Kazakhstan government to stop anti-union repression now.
